Filing Fee Category L.3.a Filings

Initial Filings
For Twin Falls County, all petitions for judicial review of any decision regarding the administration of water rights from the Department of Water Resources must be filed electronically with the County using the new Idaho File and Serve system.  This includes fee category L.3.a. filings. Twin Falls County then reassigns the case to the presiding judge of the SRBA, currently Judge Wildman.

Subsequent Filings
Once the case is reassigned to the Snake River Basin Adjudication District Court, pursuant to Idaho Supreme Court Administrative Order, subsequent filings are to be filed conventionally (by paper or fax) directly with the Snake River Basin Adjudication District Court.
