07.12.18 Scheduled Maintenance for iCourt Portal to start at 7pm (MT) today
As part of ongoing troubleshooting into persistent performance issues, we will be taking the iCourt Portal fully offline to make modifications starting at 7pm Mountain time this evening. We anticipate the portal will be online by 9pm (MT). We will notify you if this timing changes.
We have been working directly with Tyler Technologies, our technology provider, to address the ongoing issues with the portal. Several changes have been implemented over the past week to improve performance with the portal. Additional changes to be implemented during this evening’s maintenance window are intended to further improve the portal’s stability. We fully understand your frustrations with these recent issues and are working aggressively to resolve the underlying root cause of these issues. We appreciate your patience as we work to improve your access to court information.
