Justice Partner Webinar
If you are a justice partner in the sixth or seventh judicial district (law enforcement, prosecutors, public defenders), you can access the August 30th iCourt portal webinar here, which provides an overview of the iCourt project, and what to expect before and after go-live in October.
September E-filing Trainings at Several Eastern Idaho Locations
In all counties in the Sixth and Seventh Judicial Districts, electronic filing will be phased in during early October before becoming mandatory for all court cases on November 12. Given this timing, the Idaho Supreme Court is holding several training sessions in your area, starting on September 10, to help you become comfortable with the new e-filing system before this process becomes mandatory. Come to the free training in which Michael Mehall, of the Supreme Court, will guide you and your staff through your first filing, review the court rules, and provide helpful tips to avoid pitfalls and achieve success. Session attendees are also eligible for continuing legal education credits. For a full list of dates and locations, visit the e-filing training & resources page.
If you are unable to attend a training referenced above, the iCourt project site has several resources available to learn more. Additional resources are also listed below:
