07.27.16 - Twin Falls Outage & Ada Go-live Activities

Ada County Activities: 

Next week, the ISTARS system in Ada County will begin to shut-down in preparation for the iCourt Go-Live. On Tuesday August 2nd, the Ada County Clerk’s office will accept the final case payments in ISTARS, followed by the final ISTARS financial processing on Wednesday, August 3rd.  At the close of business Wednesday August 3rd, the Ada County ISTARS system will no longer be used for court operations and will be set to “read only”, and data will be extracted for conversion to Odyssey.  On Saturday August 6th, the Odyssey production system will be available with Ada County data and the local Clerk’s office will enter any necessary updates from Thursday and Friday after the ISTARS shut-down.  As of 8:00 a.m. Monday, August 8th, Ada County will join Twin Falls County on the Odyssey platform. Twin Falls Outage Alert: 

Court operations in Twin Falls County will be limited to critical business only on Friday, August 5th, to facilitate the conversion of data from Ada County into the Odyssey database.  Regular court operations will resume on Monday, August 8th.
