10.03.16 - Mandatory e-Filing in Ada County Starts Today; Make Sure You're Ready
Starting today, electronic filing for all civil and criminal cases will be mandatory in Ada County.
In order to file cases electronically, you will need to create an account in iCourt. If you have not yet created an account, please visit https://idaho.tylerhost.net/ofsweb. Tyler Technologies’ support is available to help attorneys set up their e-filing accounts. If you need assistance, please call 1-800-297-5377 during normal business hours.
The Idaho Supreme Court is hosting an in-person e-filing training Thursday, October 6 from noon to 1:30 p.m. The training will take place in the Lincoln Room in the basement of the Idaho Supreme Court. This is the final in-person training for Ada County e-filing. Attorneys who attend are eligible to receive 1.5 CLE credits. For those unable to make the training, there is a free online e-filing seminar offered through Tyler Technologies, the Idaho Supreme Court’s technology partner for the iCourt project.
If you would like more information on e-filing, please review the Rule on Electronic Filing and Service.
